Delivery zones

We currently deliver throughout Europe (depending on eligible countries at the time of payment).

Order processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

  • France : 7 to 12 business days

  • Europe (EU + eligible countries) : 7 to 15 business days

These delivery times are estimates. They may be slightly longer during periods of high demand.

Order tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number .
You can track your package at any time via the “Order Tracking” page (or via the link received by email).

Delivery costs

Delivery charges are displayed before payment , at checkout.
Any offer of free delivery is indicated on the website.

Customs, taxes and any applicable fees

Depending on the country of delivery, customs fees or local taxes may apply.
These fees, when they exist, are the responsibility of the customer .

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before submitting.
In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed or impossible.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment may incur additional charges.

Package damaged upon receipt

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:

  • a photo of the package + the product
