What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days).
Delivery is tracked and free for orders over €35 (subject to conditions displayed at the time of payment).

Return conditions:

Time limit: return request within 14 days of receipt.

Condition: New/unused product, in its original packaging and with all accessories .

Costs: Return shipping costs may be charged to the customer (except for defective products or errors on our part).

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, products already used (e.g. brushes/accessories in direct contact with the animal) may not be accepted for return .
